Semi-automatic and Collaborative Retrieval of Information Based on Ontologies.

The extraction engines are UIMA Collection Processing Engines able to read
unstructured content from a Collection such as a filesystem directory with text
and image files, a document repository such as Nuxeo ECM or a wiki database
such as XWiki.

Extracted knowledge is represented as RDF triples to describe named entities
and semantic assertions that can be linked to ontological classes expressed in
OWL along with occurence information in the source document represented as
extended Annotea annotations.
