The STREAMS project aims at developing peer-to-peer solutions that provide the necessary services to any social real-time web platform, in order to eliminate the drawbacks of centralized architectures. These solutions are designed to replace collaboration based on a central authority with collaboration based on the decentralization of services.

The project brings numerous participants together: XWiki, LORIA, INRIA Paris Rocquencourt, University of Rennes 1, INRIA Nancy Grand Est.
